Tomatis Method — Auditory & Neurosensory Therapy

Discover the Tomatis® Method at Autism & ADHD Circle — a neurosensory listening program to support autism, ADHD, sensory processing, learning, language and emotional regulation for children & adults.

What is the Tomatis® Method?

The Tomatis® Method is a gentle, non-invasive, neurosensory listening programme developed more than 60 years ago by French ENT specialist Alfred A. Tomatis.

Using specially filtered and modulated music (often classical pieces) delivered through headphones, the method stimulates the ear-brain connection to retrain how the brain processes sound — improving listening, balance, coordination, cognition, emotional regulation, and voice/listening feedback loops.

Many call it “sound therapy” or “listening training,” aimed at helping with auditory processing, sensory integration, communication, learning challenges and overall neurodevelopmental support.

What Our Clients Say on Google

“Clinical psychologist was very accommodating, she answered all my questions in a simple and comprehensible manner and guided me comfortably through the entire process. She also accommodated my meeting times. After the test, she gave me detailed instructions and suggestions for further steps and solutions. My experience is more than positive and they definitely have my recommendation.”

Mihaela Doroda

“I had an adult ADHD assessment done. I’ve always thought I may possibly have ADHD but there isn’t many places that assess adults for it. I found Autism & ADHD care very helpful and everything was explained to me putting my mind at ease. I got a full report back within a few days of having the assessment done and was talked true the next steps and who I should link in with. Highly recommend”

Sarah

“Having recently undertaken an assessment for ADHD I was initially anxious about the process, but the clinician put my mind at ease. The process and subsequent report was explained very well and I now have the basis to manage my diagnosis and live a more fulfilling and productive live. I cannot thank Autism & ADHD care enough and highly recommend them.”
